The PDL team

at the Centre for Psychosocial Medicine

Breaking down hierarchies is important to us - because the work always takes place together with the whole team. In this way, we create a working atmosphere in which you can feel comfortable and have the opportunity to contribute your ideas at any time.
You also have the opportunity to organise independent nursing therapy groups and thus work even more closely with patients. It's up to you how you want to organise your group - there are no limits to your creativity. So that you can gain new insights into the various fields of psychosocial work, the ZPM offers you the opportunity to rotate to other wards in order to get to know and understand the work processes and clinical pictures there better.
You also have the opportunity to constantly acquire new knowledge or deepen your existing knowledge through various further training courses that the ZPM offers you throughout the year.
