With around 300 employees, the nursing and functional services at the Women's Clinic play a key role in the care process for our patients. Our focus is on holistic and patient-centred care. The nursing service, medical service and therapeutic professional groups form an interprofessional team that always strives to provide the best possible quality of care.

The close interprofessional collaboration is a particular hallmark of the nursing service at the gynaecological clinic. The nursing service management team lives by the open-door principle. By dividing up areas of responsibility, personal contact persons from the nursing management team are defined for each area. This enables personal contact between employees at management level despite the size of the centre.
