New employees familiarise themselves with our nursing processes, quality standards and documentation systems within a structured framework - step by step and individually tailored.

Nursing is teamwork. Our onboarding process promotes rapid integration into the team, creates an atmosphere of trust and lays the foundation for close, collegial collaboration.

Onboarding is needs-based and can take several weeks to months, depending on previous experience and specialism. It is accompanied by a comprehensive programme: further training events, work in the skills lab, trainee days and detailed induction documents will help you get started in your new area of work.

Regular feedback meetings help us to flexibly adapt the familiarisation phase to your needs. Throughout the entire process, our team of experienced practical instructors will be at your side - for competent, personalised support right from the start.
