A good start is crucial

All new colleagues receive comprehensive and targeted induction training. The induction period serves as a guide and is customised as required.

The ZPM also offers a trainee programme for new nursing staff. This is designed to ensure effective familiarisation and a sound basic knowledge of psychosocial nursing.

The trainee programme is part of the ZPM's onboarding and personnel development strategy. The trainee programme will be offered to all employees with little or no psychiatric expertise and will be supported by the centre's internal training courses (ZIF).

The trainee programme consists of theoretical and practical content and is offered over a period of approximately five months.
