Day clinics at the NCT

Outpatient care at the highest level

The National Centre for Tumour Diseases (NCT) combines modern cancer research with excellent patient care. It has an interdisciplinary tumour outpatient clinic with associated central day clinics.

Close interdisciplinary coordination takes place between doctors, researchers, nursing staff and counsellors for each individual case. In this way, the best individual treatment decision is made for each patient.

In the day clinics 1 & 2 (30 treatment places each), patients from medical oncology, gynaecology and dermatology are cared for by an interprofessional team.

The nursing staff not only carry out chemotherapy and immunotherapy, but also provide advice and support with questions and organisational issues - in a competent, structured and patient-oriented manner.

Expertise that connects. Nursing that moves.
