Onboarding

Introduction of new employees

All new colleagues are familiarised in a targeted and structured manner. Depending on the type of ward and speciality, the induction period ranges from at least 6 weeks to several months. The aim is to support you individually and prepare you comprehensively for the new area so that you can take on your future tasks safely and competently.

During your induction, you will be supported by specially trained practical instructors and experienced nursing staff. They will support you in your day-to-day work, provide valuable feedback and specifically promote your professional and personal skills. You will also have access to specialist training courses, internal training programmes and, if applicable, digital learning platforms to support you in acquiring knowledge.

The induction period serves as a rough guide and will be flexibly adapted depending on your previous experience, qualifications and individual learning progress. Your questions will be clarified, progress discussed and, if necessary, additional support measures introduced at regular meetings. Structured reflection meetings are held to ensure the quality and further development of the induction programme - once during the induction phase and again after around four months.

Our aim is to make your induction as pleasant and successful as possible so that you quickly feel secure, can optimally develop your skills and feel like a valuable part of our team.
