Onboarding

Introduction of new employees

Our onboarding programme focuses on the individual. That's why we attach particular importance to individual and comprehensive induction training that prepares you optimally for your tasks at Kopfklinik.
Our onboarding programme begins with preboarding, even before your first day at work. The first steps are taken here to make your start as smooth as possible.

This includes sending you welcome information, filling out forms, organising your work materials and introducing you to the team. With a targeted induction, which can vary between four weeks and several months depending on the department and ward, you will then be prepared for your start in your new area. The aim is to support you personally in your induction process and familiarise you with the processes, specialist knowledge and your future team. You will be supported by experienced, long-standing colleagues and specially trained practice instructors who will accompany you throughout your induction period.
For additional quality assurance, we rely on our team of full-time practice instructors to provide you with the best possible support and continuously promote your development. This team ensures that your induction always remains at a high level and that you are optimally prepared for your responsible work.

We adapt the induction framework flexibly to your previous knowledge and personal needs and hold regular reflection meetings during your induction to ensure your progress and clarify any questions you may have.
In our highly specialised areas, such as intensive nursing care, we also offer special trainee programmes. These have a modular structure and are spread throughout the year, allowing you to join the programme flexibly at any time of the year.

Our aim is to prepare you in the best possible way for your future responsible work in the head clinic - so that you feel comfortable with us, are professionally confident and can work with us to ensure the best possible care for our nursing patients.
