Onboarding
Introduction of new employees
All new colleagues receive a targeted induction programme. Depending on the type of ward and department, the induction period ranges from at least four weeks to several months. The aim is to provide you with individual support and make you fit for the new area so that you are well equipped for your future tasks. Every new colleague is accompanied by at least one or more practice supervisors.
The induction period serves as a guide and is customised as required. Reflection meetings are held during the induction period and after 6 months.
In the highly specialised areas (internal medicine intensive care centre and general haematology ward), you will be accompanied by a specific trainee programme for approximately 12 months in addition to the general induction. The trainee programmes have a modular structure to ensure that it is possible to join at any time during the year.
