The focus of our [...] services is on the treatment of patients with personality disorders and trauma-related disorders. We offer a 12-week treatment programme that takes into account psychological, social and biological factors [...].

-Our primary treatment goal is to support patients in creating a meaningful life worth living. Therefore, the very first step for our patients in this treatment is always to clarify their individual treatment wishes and goals. On this basis, we will create a treatment plan together with the patient and support them in achieving their individual goals.

-In addition to these individual goals, the treatment also takes into account some fundamental objectives [...]. These are prioritised in order of importance for both the patient and the therapeutic team and are dealt with accordingly:

oReducing suicidal and self-harming behaviour

oReducing behavioural patterns that jeopardise therapy (e.g. not participating in therapy)

oReducing behavioural patterns that harm you and your progress in therapy (e.g. dissociation, impulsivity, crises)

oImproving the regulation of emotions

oImproving the quality of life

-The focus of our ward is psychotherapy based on cognitive-behavioural therapy methods and oriented towards dialectical-behavioural therapy (DBT) as well as schematherapeutic elements. We also offer trauma-specific treatments with exposure.
