ZPM

Central Patient Management (ZPM) plays a central role within clinical care. Our main tasks include coordinating the entire treatment process, from admission planning, scheduling and organising surgical procedures to bed and discharge planning.

We work closely with the nursing staff on the wards, the outpatient clinics and the centre's medical service. The exchange with other interdisciplinary interfaces - such as patient administration, X-ray, the secretariats and other areas of the University Hospital - is also an integral part of our daily work. The aim is to ensure a smooth, structured and patient-orientated process.

Our team at the ZPM is intergenerational and well-rehearsed. We attach great importance to close, collegial cooperation and a trusting relationship - because good organisation thrives on communication, team spirit and experience.
