Operating theatre nursing
The central operating theatre at the Centre for Orthopaedics, Trauma Surgery and Paraplegiology has six modern operating theatres. There are also two further operating theatres for outpatient procedures. This enables us to provide our patients with the highest level of medical care.
The organisation of the entire surgical operation is in the hands of our experienced surgical management team. This is made up of a medical OR coordinator and those responsible for OR and anaesthesia nursing care. Together they ensure smooth planning, control and monitoring of all processes.
Our interdisciplinary operating theatre team is characterised by a high level of professional expertise and comprehensive specialist knowledge. Every day, they perform complex surgical procedures together - supported by modern medical technology, innovative operating theatre procedures and close interprofessional cooperation. This collaboration is crucial to ensure the best possible patient care.
Due to the wide range of treatments, the daily work is extremely varied. Flexibility is just as important as commitment. We attach great importance to actively shaping the working environment. In this way, we create a dynamic team atmosphere that offers room for individual strengths and enables personal and professional development.
