Our operating theatre covers a wide range of specialist areas: In addition to gynaecology and obstetrics, including oncological and reconstructive procedures, surgical dermatology and various highly specialised areas of paediatrics and adolescent medicine are also part of everyday life. Operations in paediatric heart surgery and paediatric neurosurgery are particularly challenging and fascinating at the same time. The entire spectrum of modern medicine is also evident in the field of anaesthesia: from short interventions under sedation or short anaesthesia with mask ventilation to complex intubations in premature babies and newborns - our anaesthesia nurses have comprehensive expertise in all areas of general and regional anaesthesia. Particularly noteworthy is the high level of specialisation in paediatric anaesthesia, where empathy and experience are of great importance in addition to technical know-how.
